This group is for men in our community seeking support, an opportunity to gain new skills and a chance to connect with other men with disabilities. We will work on managing stress, frustrations and issues they may be experiencing around social distancing.

 

SPIRIT Club 
Zoom Meetings, Wednesdays, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. EST

Are you looking for an opportunity to move your body? Have you lost access to exercise programs and gyms due to COVID-19, or are you just looking for a fun group of people to find the motivation? Virtually join US for this free program that will provide you with experienced, certified instructors guiding you through exercise moves that are accessible and challenging for all.

 

Job Club | Employment Series Two
Zoom Meetings, Mondays, August 1-August 29, 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST

Job Club Employment Series Two broadens their abilities to prepare for employment. Topics and activities covered in this series include an overview of Employment Series One, Assessments, Freelance work, Resume/Cover Letter and Social Security Benefit Planning.

 

Thursday Virtual Gaming Social Group
Online Meetings, Thursdays, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. EST

Disability Network is excited to share a virtual social group celebrating all types of online games. This group meets online from 2:30 pm to 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays. Currently, the Virtual Gaming Social Group is hoping to play any and every game that people enjoy. From board games like Carcassonne and Saboteur to free cross-platform games like Among Us, Brawlhalla, Fortnite, Rocket League and Dauntless, we like to try out a wide variety of games. This is a three hour group moderated by Disability Network staff.

 

Saturday Virtual Gaming Social Group
Online Meetings, Saturdays, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST

Disability Network is excited to share a virtual social group celebrating all types of online games. This group meets on Saturdays from 1:00 to to 4:00 p.m. EST. Currently, the gaming group is hoping to play any and every game that people enjoy. From board games like Carcassonne and Saboteur to free cross-platform games like Among Us, Brawlhalla, Fortnite, Rocket League and Dauntless. This is a three hour group moderated by Disability Network staff.
