Challenge Bullying: Create a Safe Community Conference in Traverse City


March 15 - Challenge Bullying: Creating a Safe Community, 4-7pm at NMC Hagerty Center

A public forum co-hosted by: Michigan Civil Rights Commission; Northwestern Michigan College; Traverse Bay Area Intermediate School District; Michigan State Police; and Third Level Crisis Center.


March 16 - A FREE one day conference: Challenge Bullying: Creating a Safe Community, 9am-2:30pm at NMC Hagerty Center (715 E Front Street)

This conference invites both youth and adults to participate in sessions that will engage, raise awareness and educate about bullying behavior, how to change it and how not to be a "bystander." We look forward to the messages of our speakers and presenters, addressing topics such as teen suicide, cyber-bullying, and tolerance.
