Community Meeting on Federal Housing Policy to Take Place on Oct. 2 in Traverse City


Dr. Sheila Crowley, President and CEO of the National Low Income Housing Coalition in Washington, DC, will be presenting to community members about federal housing policy and the United for Homes Campaign. The community meeting will be held on October 2 from 9:30-11AM at Traverse Area Association of Realtors. Attendees will learn about the ongoing federal budget fight and the national campaign to bring more affordable housing to Northern Michigan through modifications to the mortgage interest deduction. Everyone is welcome to participate and contribute to the discussion. Please RSVP.
