February Peer Support Events

Men's Group 
Zoom Meetings, Mondays, 10:00 to 11:00 am

This group is for men in our community seeking support, an opportunity to gain experience new skills and a chance to connect with other men with disabilities. We will work on managing stress, frustrations and issues they may be experiencing around social distancing.


Women's Group
Zoom Meetings, Wednesdays, 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST

Disability Network invites you to virtually join us on Wednesdays in February from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. EST for our Women's Group. Our theme for February is goal setting.


Parent Network
Zoom Meeting, Wednesday, February 16, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Disability Network invites you to virtually join us for our Parent Network meeting where we will welcome a guest speaker, share information about an NMC initiative on inclusive housing and discuss supported decision making.

Are you looking for an opportunity to move your body? Have you lost access to exercise programs and gyms due to COVID-19, or are you just looking for a fun group of people to find the motivation? This free program will provide you with experienced, certified instructors guiding you through exercise moves that are accessible and challenging for all.


Adult Peer Advocacy Group
Zoom Meeting, Thursday, February 3, 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Adults learn how to advocate for your needs and the needs of others. Learn leadership skills. Voice what is important to you!


Virtual Accessible Gaming Social Group
