Fire & Life Safety Workshop to be held on Feb. 19 for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Community


GT Metro Fire Department logoThe Grand Traverse Metro Fire Department, Quota International Club of Traverse City, Grand Traverse Central Dispatch, Grand Traverse Industries – LIS’N, and Disability Network Northern Michigan are hosting a Fire & Life Safety Workshop on Feb. 19 from 5:45-7:00pm at the Grand Traverse Metro Fire Station 11 (3000 Albany in Traverse City--located off of Veteran's Drive.) Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to protect their home from fires, apply to receive a FREE carbon monoxide alarm with a strobe light, and learn about Smart 911. The workshop is FREE, but space is limited. Please RSVP to Annie Campbell at 231.922.0903, ext. 12.
